Galaxy Group started in 1969 when Mr. Amorn Apithanakoon, the President of Galaxy Group, established the "Galaxy Restaurant Group". The restaurant group is a complex that consists of Galaxy Restaurant, Galaxy No Hand, and Galaxy Coffee Shop.

The revolutionary restaurant operates by serving food and drinks to its' customers with total satisfaction and relaxation. The success was proven tremendous when Galaxy Restaurant was name the best and biggest restaurant in Thailand during 1973-1982.

Since then, following his creative instincts, Galaxy Group businesses expanded significantly covering many areas such as travel agency, hotel, property, etc. The main focus of Galaxy Group is to aim towards becoming a leader in the field of hi-tech entertainment. In 1995, Galaxy Entertainment, a subsidiary company, was founded and is named the biggest arcade game provider in Thailand holding exclusive license of SEGA, NAMCO, SNK, CAPCOM, KONAMI, JALECO, TECMO, SKEEBALL, ATARI, and WEECHIN.

With the vision to become the leader in hi-tech entertainment, Ini3 Digital Co., Ltd. was established in July of 2003. The Company focused on online gaming. As of August 2005, Ini3 Digital is regarded as the best service provider and the fastest growing online company in Thailand.

  Galaxy group took over the best hotel in China Town and established the China Town Hotel.  
 
  Galaxy Property Co., Ltd was established focusing on real estate development.  
 
  Ini3 Digital was found for operating online gaming business. The first game title is Fly For Fun "Flyff" Ini3 Digital acquires second title, "Pangya", online golf game.  
 
  Q1 2006 Ini3 Digital makes Pangya the most popular online game in Thailand with 2.3 million registered gamers in 10 months.
